We know more than ever about what is good for our bodies, yet obesity at all ages is at an all time high, rates of so called ‘lifestyle’ illnesses such as diabetes show no signs of slowing.  It’s time to bring healthy attitudes and healthy eating home, to everyone’s table, from weaning babies, fussy teenagers to dinner party guests who want delighting.

Each week I will detail a recipe of my creation, that I feed to my family (toddler included) with an ultimate goal of

  • Getting the biggest nutritional bang for my buck per meal
  • Shaping little taste buds, away from sugar and towards the raw green stuff
  • Tweaking traditional recipes for the allergic and intolerant
  • Accessible super nutrition
