About Family Fork

Bridging the gap between super nutrition and accessible, easy family food.

We know more than ever about what is good for our bodies, yet obesity at all ages is at an all time high, rates of so called ‘lifestyle’ illnesses such as diabetes show no signs of slowing.  It’s time to bring healthy attitudes and healthy eating home, to everyone’s table, from weaning babies, fussy teenagers to dinner party guests who want delighting.

Each week I will detail a recipe of my creation, that I feed to my family (toddler included) with an ultimate goal of

  • Getting the biggest nutritional bang for my buck per meal
  • Shaping little taste buds, away from sugar and towards the raw green stuff
  • Tweaking traditional recipes for the allergic and intolerant
  • Accessible super nutrition

If you would like to be emailed these recipes as they are published, please subscribe on the home page using your email address.  You can also contact me at lou_marshall@me.com

I hope you enjoy my blog, and would welcome your feedback as each and every post, like, comment and follow are shaping the book that I am currently writing and researching on super healthy family nutrition.

Thank you
